WE FIX YOUR MOVEMENT FLAWS. New Athlete is a highly specialized training facility. We train specifically to the needs of each athlete based on the New Athlete assessment. The goal is to develop the prerequisites needed to reach your full potential as an athlete. Workout structures vary between individual and partner-work depending on whether athletes share common goals; but each workout program is tailored to meet your specific needs.

This creates a New Athlete culture of athletes working together to help each other achieve individual goals. You will always be under the eye of one of our performance experts. You have the freedom to determine which days you train.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Everyday is different depending on the need of the athlete. Through the use of the Shredmill treadmill, Hawkin force plates and the Brower laser timing systems as well as Catapult GPS, athletes are tested weekly to create an individualized profile. This creates a system that tracks and helps develop the most effective programming for each athlete.

SCHEDULE AN ASSESSMENT

Once you have decided to make serious changes to your health and performance, the next step is to schedule a full assessment. The New Athlete assessment includes the full New Athlete video Assessment which includes the Universal Speed Rating assessment. PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ASSESSMENTS.

The New Athlete assessment is the only assessment system that provides a detailed map to the deficiencies you may have that are preventing you from reaching your full potential.  The USR assessment is the only assessment that provides an analytical output to the speed production an athlete is capable of doing. Both assessments, combined, tells us what types of training methodic needs to be introduced during training.
